Summer Solstice – June 21, 2026! It will be happening all over the city of Bridgeport from cafe’s to libraries, parks (This is the Park City), courtyard’s and wherever else the notes take us.
Park City Urban Beautification Project
The Park City Urban Beautification Project is a unique participatory community art based public health initiative in Bridgeport. The program is a collaboration between the Fairfield County Community Foundation, City of Bridgeport, OPED, LifeBridge Community Services, Ground Work Bridgeport, Skateport, Downtown Special Services District as well as local artists. The Park City Urban Beautification Project represents an out-of- the-box approach to address the public health crisis of loneliness and isolation in our community. The project aims to encourage growth, connection and conversation through painting, training and workshops.
